By using Hazans, you agree to these terms and any posted updates. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Hazans. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement and have authority to bind any business you represent.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your credentials. Notify us of unauthorized use.
Use of Services
You may not misuse the Services, interfere with others, or attempt to access data you do not own. Compliance with applicable laws is required.
Payments
Paid plans, fees, and billing cycles are disclosed at purchase. Taxes may apply. Non-payment may result in suspension. In-app purchases may be offered and are subject to the displayed pricing. Hazans charges a 5% platform fee on sales made through our channels; by using the Services you agree to these fees.
Data & Privacy
Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your store data; we process it to provide the Services.
Integrations
Third-party integrations are subject to their own terms. You authorize us to exchange data as needed to operate those integrations.
Prohibited Content and Use
You may not sell or promote sexual content, gambling, or alcohol products through Hazans. Ads are allowed only if compliant with applicable laws and our policies. Do not misuse the Services, infringe others’ rights, or violate any applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or deactivate accounts for violations of these terms or legal requirements and will provide notice where legally required. Reactivation is at our discretion. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted, Hazans is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised date. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
